The crushing of chromite applies the crushing process of jaw crusher & fine jaw crusher. The chromite ore is fed into the vibrating feeder by dumper, then it is transported to the jaw crusher for primary crush by vibrating feeder. The crushed coarse chromite is conveyed to the fine jaw crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crush. After crushing, the chromite materials will be sieved by the circular vibrating screen. Finally, the qualified materials will be conveyed to the product area by belt conveyor.
Chromite beneficiation process is efficient and simple, which can achieve the best effects. The qualified materials are evenly fed into the ball mill for grinding, then chromite power is sieved by the spiral classifier. The versize chromite power return to the ball mill for re-grinding. Gravity separation is the main method for chrome beneficiation. The chrome concentrate can be separated by low intensity magnetic separation or high-intensity magnetic separation for secondary processing.
