The materials were blasted from the mountain, and it was sent to the vibrating feeder by hopper. The vibrating feeder evenly sent the materials into jaw crusher for primary crush, then the materials were sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crush. Finally, the materials will be sieved by the vibrating screen that the oversize materials will be sent back to the cone crusher for re-crushing, and the final product with high quality will be conveyed to the product area by belt conveyor.
The andesite crushing processes is as follows: jaw crusher(primary crush) →fine jaw crusher(secondary crush) → vibrating screen(screening process) → final product. After primary crush, coarse andesite is crushed by fine jaw crusher for secondary crush. Then the crushed coarse andesite are transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The qualified materials will be transfer to the product area, and the oversize materials return to the impact crusher for re-crushing.This production line is widely used in stone crushing and ore crushing with lower investment, convenient maintenance and wide application range.
