Working Principle

When the bucket wheel sand washer is working, the impeller is driven to rotate slowly by the speed-regulating motor through the triangle belt, reducer, and gear. After entering the washing tank from the feed tank, the sand and stones are tumbled under the impeller and grind each other to remove the impurities on the surface, and at the same time destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand particles to facilitate dehydration. Meanwhile, adding water to form a strong water flow to timely remove impurities and foreign objects with small specific gravity and the impurities will be discharge from the overflow port washing tank. The clean gravel is taken away by the blade, and then the gravel is poured from the rotating impeller into the discharge trough.
