The sandstone is evenly fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crush, then the qualified sandstone after coarse crushing is transport to the impact crusher for secondary crush. The crushed materials will be sieved by vibrating screen to get the final product, then the qualified materials will be put directly into the final product silo. The oversize materials return to the impact crusher for re-crushing.
The crushing solution adopts hammer crusher instead of 2 machines (jaw crusher + impact crusher) that mentioned above. The hammer crusher is single-stage crushing design. The capacity of the hammer crushing line is up to 1000tph with low power consumption. Hammer crusher production process can get high quality final products with lower costs .
