Mud powder is removed from artificial sand not by water but by sand maker in dry sand making process, which can ensure the quality. The main equipment used in the dry sand making process are jaw crusher, fine crushing machine and sand making machine. Dry sand making method adopts the powder concentrator to achieve the separation of sand powder with excellent quality. The qualified artificial sand enters into the humidifying blender to be moistened. The water content of final sand is controlled to improve the quality of artificial sand. Finally, the artificial sand are transported to the product area. The dry sand making process is further developed on the basis of the wet sand making line. Dry sand making technique doesn’t require water during the power removal process.
