Preparations for the installation of Raymond mill

1. For users who frequently relocate equipment, the equipment needs to be placed on a limestone plane, and it can work normally. If it is fixed work production, stabilize the equipment room and fasten it with anchor bolts.

2. During the installation of the Raymond mill, the flanges of the connecting flanges must be sealed with sponge, and the inner and outer circles of the pipes are covered with sealant. When installing, it should be installed according to the connection diagram.

Operation process of Raymond mill

1. Attention should be paid to the operation process of the Raymond mill: before starting the mill, check whether there are iron blocks and other sundries in the working chamber, and then check whether the bolts and nuts are loose, and check all access doors. Check whether the closing is tight, and then adjust the steering of the fan and the host.

2. When starting the Raymond mill, start the analyzer first, then start the fan, and then start the main engine. After starting the main engine, the material should be added immediately. The material must be evenly fed, and it should not be more or less. Adding too much material will block the air duct and reduce the output, which will easily burn the motor. If the material is too small, the output will be reduced, but the sound of the equipment is relatively loud. When starting up, the discharge valve at the discharge port must be closed, and the distribution is important and reasonable.

3. When the Raymond mill is turned off, the feeding should be stopped in sequence. After the material in the working chamber is finished grinding, the main engine will be turned off when the sound becomes louder, then the fan will be turned off, and then the analyzer will be turned off.

Maintenance of Raymond Mill Spindle

The refueling time of the main shaft is twice per shift. It must be noted that when the oil in the oil cup is found to be not lost or the consumption is relatively slow, the oil passage should be cleaned immediately and then refueled in the oil cup. The roller bearings are filled with 5# calcium-based grease once with a grease gun in each shift, the analyzer bearings are disassembled and cleaned every two months, and the fan bearing chambers are filled with lithium-based grease. However, it should be noted that the three grinding roller bearings in the working chamber of the main engine must be refueled once in a shift, and then start the machine after refueling. When refueling, the upper and lower refueling holes of the roller bearing should be opened at the same time, otherwise the oil will not be added.
