Working Principle

The material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the impeller rotating at high speed. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it will be crushed with another part of the material that is diverted in an umbrella shape around the impeller at high speed. After the materials collide with each other, they will form a material vortex between the impeller and the casing, in which they will be crushed after multiple collisions and frictions, and then they will be discharged directly from the lower part. And the required product size is controlled by the screening equipment.
