Working Principle

The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to achieve co-current drying. The materials are continuously picked up under the inner copy board and scattered in a spiral travel to achieve heat exchange. Then the material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material in the middle layer is continuously advanced repeatedly, showing a movement path of two-step forward and one-step backward. The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat dissipated by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum. At the same time, the drying time is prolonged. The material reaches the dry state here.
