Working Principle

The fine sand recycling machine is composed of motor, slurry pump, cyclone, linear vibrating screen, cleaning tank, and return box. During operation, the fine sand recycling machine sends the sand-water mixture to the cyclone, and the centrifugal graded concentrated spun yarn is supplied to the vibrating screen through the grit nozzle for dewatering. After dewatering, fine sand and water are effectively separated. A small amount of spun yarn, mud, etc. return to the cleaning tank through the return box. When the liquid level of the cleaning tank is too high, it is discharged through the discharge port. The weight concentration of the materials recovered by the linear vibrating screen is 70% -85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by the pump speed, the mortar concentration, the overflow water volume as well as the sand nozzle.
