The materials are evenly conveyed into the impact crusher by the vibrating feeder for initial crushing. After crushed, the materials are screened by the vibrating screen. Then big materials are sent back to the impact crusher for further crushing while the qualified materials are delivered by belt conveyor to the finished product pile. Here a closed circuit system is formed. The circular vibrating screen can be removed according to the actual production to realize the preliminary crushing directly. And it can be used with other crushing equipment, which is convenient and flexible.
