The materials are evenly delivered into the cone crusher through the vibrating feeder for initial crushing. After crushed, the materials are sieved by the vibrating screen, and big materials are sent back to the cone crusher for further crushing while the qualified materials are delivered by belt conveyor to the finished product pile. Here a closed circuit system is formed. The circular vibrating screen can be removed according to the actual production needs to realize the preliminary crushing directly. And it can be used with other crushing equipment, which is convenient and flexible.
