Working Principle

The materials are evenly conveyed from the feeding device to the first chamber through the hollow shaft spiral. The inside the chamber is filled with the steel balls, and the material is impacted and ground under the power of friction and centrifugal force. Therefore, the material is reduced in size by impact and grinding. After primary grinding, the coarse material enters into the second chamber that lined with plane liners and placed with steel balls. The coarse material will get further ground until meeting the required particle size. When the final product is discharged from the discharge board, the operation of raw material grinding comes to an end.
