PY series spring cone crusher is suitable for breaking medium or high hardness ores and rocks, such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, etc. Its spring insurance system plays an overload protection role, which can make foreign objects pass through the crushing cavity without harming the crusher. Spring cone crusher is divided into three types of crushing cavity, standard, medium and short head. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing, the medium type for fine crushing and the short head type for super fine crushing.The spring cone crusher is widely used in mining, building material crushing, cement plant, gravel yard, concrete mixing station, construction waste, dry powder mortar, chemical industry, etc.

The motor drives the pulley to rotate through triangle belt or coupling and then the pulley drives the horizontal shaft, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through large and small gears. The cone crusher shaft generates an eccentric distance to make a swinging motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve, so that the crushing wall is sometimes close to the fixed cone and sometimes away from the fixed cone, so that the raw material is continuously pressed, broken and impacted. The crushed material is discharged from the discharging port under the effect of its own weight.
