Working Principle

The jaw crusher is mainly composed of tie bar, spring, adjusting pad, adjusting seat, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, movable jaw plate, fixed wedge of movable jaw plate, side fender, fixed jaw plate, frame etc. The belt and pulley are driven by the motor and the movable jaw plate moves in a flat plane by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw plate rises, the angle between the movable jaw plate and the toggle plate becomes larger and the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate to squeeze the materials. When the movable jaw plate downs, the angle between the movable jaw plate and the toggle plate becomes smaller and the movable jaw plate lefts the fixed jaw plate through the function of tie rod spring to discharge the broken materials. With the continuous rotating of the motor, the movable jaw plate make periodically movement, which realize continuous production.
