Working Principle

Impact crusher breaks material by impact energy. When the impact crusher working, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. And when the material enters the hammer action area, it crashes with the hammer on the rotor, and then the materials is thrown to the impact plate to be broken again, and then rebounds from the impact plate back to the hammer action area to be broken again. And during this process, the material from large to small enter into the first, the second, the third, and impact cavity to be repeatedly crushed until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharging port. The material discharge size and shape can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor.
