Working Principle

Jaw crusher’s crushing chamber consists of a fixed jaw plate and a moveable jaw plate. When the jaw crusher is working, the moveable jaw crusher plate oscillates periodically. As the movable jaw plate is close to the fixed jaw plate, the material will be crushed, split, bent and broken. While the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the shredded material smaller than the size of the discharge port will be discharged from the lower discharge port by its own weight. The material in the upper part of the crushing chamber has not been crushed to a sufficiently small size, and then falls to the lower part of the crushing chamber to be crushed again by the action of the jaw plate.
