Concentrating Table

Introduction

Concentrating Table equipment can be used in roughing, selection, scavenging, and other operations, and different particle-size classifications of coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074 mm), slurry (-0.074mm). When processing the minerals such as tungsten and tin, the effective recycling particle size of the table ranges from 2-0.22 mm. Besides, it also can be used in classifications of iron and manganese ores.

This kind of shaking table has wide adjustable horizontal slope range (0~10°) and is easy to adjust stroke. It has smooth surface, good abrasive resistance, and sturdy and durable performance without deformation, which is convenient for sectional repair. When the horizontal slope and stroke are changed, the shaking bed surface also can run smoothly; the spring is placed in the box with compact structure; the bed head mechanism has reliable operation, less quick-wear parts, no oil leakage, no reagent consumption, and low power consumption.

Working Principle

The ore particles are fed from the feed chute at the upper corner of the 6s shaking table bed surface. Meanwhile, the horizontal flushing water is supplied by the feed water tank for ore particles. Therefore, with the action of gravity, horizontal impulsive force, inertia and friction produced in repeated asymmetric motion of bed surface, the ore particles are layered according to gravity and size, and make vertical movement along the bed surface and horizontal movement along the tilted bed surface.
