Belt conveyor transports materials in a continuous manner by friction-driven. It can transport materials on a certain conveyor line from the initial feeding point to the subsequent unloading point. But the temperature of the materials being conveyed should be less than 60℃.

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, belt roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc. The conveyor body is made of high-quality steel plates, and the frame is formed by the height difference between the front and rear legs, and the plane is inclined at a certain angle. The frame is equipped with belt rollers, idlers to drive and support the conveyor belt. There are two driving ways, by the reduction motor or by the electric drum.
