How is barite ground into powder?

1. Broken

Barite is crushed sequentially by primary jaw crusher and impact crusher (or fine jaw crusher). The jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing of barite, and the impact crusher is used for fine crushing of barite. After the barite material is finely crushed, it is screened with a circular vibrating sieve. After the particle size is qualified, enter the next stage. If unqualified, return to the impact crusher (or fine jaw crusher) to continue crushing.

2. Dust removal

The dust generated during the barite grinding process can only be separated from the air through multiple dust collectors to ensure the environmental protection and pollution-free barite production line.

3. Grinding

Qualified barite powder is sent to the warehouse by the bucket elevator, and then evenly sent to the barite mill by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground barite powder is screened through a classifier. Qualified products are collected by a large cyclone collector, and unqualified products can only be returned to the barite mill for grinding.
