Third, when the eccentric shaft is hit by a heavy object with a crane, the center line of the flywheel should be kept in a straight line with the eccentric center line as much as possible.

After the worn bearing is replaced, it is necessary to assemble and install a new bearing. At this time, there are two points to pay attention to:

1. When installing the eccentric shaft and the bearing above it into the movable jaw, the movable jaw should be placed upright, and the lower part should be padded with a flywheel to make it leave the ground at a certain height, try to make the axis of the movable jaw cavity perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and then Burn wood under it, let the flame pass through the cavity, heat the movable jaw cavity for about 1.5 hours, then lift the eccentric shaft and drop it vertically into the cavity. In order to ensure that the bearing is installed accurately and in place, install the oil seal, end cover and retaining ring of the bearing in advance on the shaft head of the hoisting end, and then install the external bearing.

2. After installing the eccentric shaft, keep the movable jaw still, and then install another flywheel. Four suitable stud bolts can be used, and one end is placed in the four screw holes of the shaft head. Then, lift the flywheel horizontally, pay attention to the up and down direction of the flywheel, slowly lower it, the shaft hole passes through the 4 bolts, the flat key is aligned with the keyway, put the shaft end cover on the 3 bolts, add the backing plate, and screw Put on the nut, press down on the flywheel, and knock the flywheel hard at the same time, so that the flywheel is installed quickly.
