2. In order to ensure the smooth discharge of the crushed materials, it is best to lay a layer of steel plate in the discharge trough, and the inclination angle is generally not less than 50°.

3. The size of the discharge opening should be adjusted reasonably according to the required product particle size. When adjusting, first loosen the bolts and tension springs, use the jacking bolts to open the adjustment seat, insert or remove the gasket of the corresponding thickness, and then return the jacking bolts to adjust the spring preload to ensure that the elbow is used when the equipment is operating. The plate, bracket pad and gasket group are in close contact.

Operation Precautions of Jaw Crusher

1. Before starting the jaw crusher, the oil pump motor and cooling system should be started first. After 3-4 minutes, the oil pressure and oil flow indications are normal, and then the motor is turned on.

2. After starting, if the jaw crusher makes an abnormal knocking sound, stop the operation immediately, and restart the equipment only after the defects are identified and eliminated. After starting, run with no load first, and after a period of time, the operation can be normal before starting to feed.

3. During the operation, pay attention to the situation that large pieces of material are stuck in the feeding port. If this happens, iron hooks must be used to turn over the materials; if large pieces of material need to be taken out from the crushing cavity, special equipment should be used. , It is strictly forbidden to operate directly by hand to avoid accidents.

4. During operation, if too much material is fed or the crushing cavity is blocked, the feeding should be suspended in time, and the feeder should be started after the material in the crushing cavity is crushed.

5. When the jaw crusher is stopped, it must be stopped according to the sequence process. First, stop feeding. After all the materials in the crushing cavity are discharged, stop the crusher. When the crusher stops stably, the motor of the oil pump can be stopped.

Another point is that if the jaw crusher suddenly stops for some reason during the operation, the backlog of materials in the crushing cavity must be cleared before starting the operation.
